Про "метемпсихоз каждое мгновение" звучит не очень понятно, но смысл, как я сейчас вижу, в том, что воплощение и есть главная задача реальности. Нам не надо тут ничего "делать", просто пребывать. Этого уже достаточно. Каждое мгновение, разумеется, не пропуская ни единого. Можно писать в блог. Или молчать, курить на балконе. Наблюдать за полётом ворона. Заговаривать демонов. Или вообще "развиваться" — "духовно". Но реальности ничего этого не надо от нас, наплевать. Достаточно быть воплощённым сколько хватает сил и ещё самую капельку сверхусилий. Просто надо.
