شهروندان عرب اسرائیل (به عربی: المواطنون العرب في إسرائيل) (به عبری: ערבים אזרחי ישראל) یا عرب اسرائیلی، یا فلسطینی شهروند اسرائیل (به عربی: العرب الإسرائيليين) اصطلاحی است که در مورد فلسطینیان ساکن خاک اصلی اسرائیل (یعنی غیر از کرانه باختری رود اردن و نوار غزه و بلندی‌های جولان) به کار می‌رود. به این دسته از فلسطینیان، عرب‌های ۴۸ یا فلسطینیهای ۴۸ نیز گفته می‌شود که اشاره به جنگ ۱۹۴۸ میان اعراب و اسرائیل دارد.[۳] اعراب اسرائیل ۱۹٫۷ درصد جمعیت اسرائیل را تشکیل می‌دهند.[۴]
