✍ وقتی حرفِ «هِ» در پایان واژه‌ای قرار دارد، در گروهی از واژه‌ها خوانده می‌شود، که به آن «هایِ ملفوظ» می‌گویند؛ مانند: فرمانده، گره، زره، مه، بُرونده و بازده؛
و در گروهی از واژه‌ها، خوانده نمی‌شود، که به آن «های غیرملفوظ» گفته می‌شود؛ مانند: نامه، کوزه، واژه، کره، گفته، توشه، پوشه و پرونده.
در گروه نخست، وقتی بخواهیم واژه‌ای را به آن‌ها اضافه کنیم، گذاشتن حرف "ی" یا سَریا (ء) نادرست است و تنها با کسره به واژۀ [واژه‌ی] بعدی خود مربوط می‌شوند. در گروه دیگر، به حرف "ی" یا سریا (ء) نیاز است و استفاده از کسره که سبب تلفظ حرف «ه» می‌شود نادرست است.
✅ درست: نامه‌ی من، نامهٔ من ❌ نادرست: نامهِ من
❌ به کار بردن همزه به‌جای «سریا» نادرست است. مانند: «نامهء من» ✅ درست: «نامۀ من» یا «نامه‌ی من»

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
