🟡الحكمة منحةٌ ربانية وهبةٌ إلهيةٌ يؤتيها الله جل وعلا من شاء من عباده.
وهذا مستفادٌ من قوله تعالى:➿وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ➿فالحكمة منةُ الله جلّ وعلا يَمنُّ بها على من شاء من عباده، كما قال تعالى: ➿يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا➿ [البقرة: ٢٦٩].
ومن أراد أن يوفق لهذا الأمر، ولكل خير؛ فليطلب ذلك من الله تعالى، فإن الخير والفضل بيد الله عز وجل، يؤتيه من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم.
ولا يُنال الخير إلا بالصدق مع الله، وحُسن الإقبال عليه، والقيام بطاعته، وطلب التوفيق منه، والالتجاء في تحصيله إليه، فإن الهداية والتوفيق بيده لا شريك له.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
