Ставки по кредитам и депозитам продолжат снижаться
📉 На пресс-конференции в ТАСС обсудили дальнейшую траекторию ключевой ставки. Ожидаю, что на заседании 25 июля Банка России повторно снизит ключевую ставку, причем допускаю, что сразу на 2 процентных пункта – до 18%. Этому способствует замедление инфляции.
Дальнейшее снижение ставки закладывает в свои прогнозы и финансовый сектор, о чем, в частности, свидетельствует опережающее сокращение ставок по долгосрочным депозитам.
⬇️ При сохранении благоприятных макроэкономических тенденций к концу года ключевая ставка может опуститься до 15%.
Таким образом, во втором полугодии ставки по кредитам и вкладам будут уменьшаться. Рассчитываю, что благодаря этому произойдет оживление рынка ипотеки.
