Это не исключает того, что завтра Сергей Лавров или сам Президент на публику скажет, что мы открыты к переговорам. Но в политике главное не то, что говорят открыто, а вот такие фразы, который вроде как говорят между делом. Их и надо ловить, они и намекают на реальные смыслы.
Остается понять, что такое "до конца" и какие еще на территории Украины есть русские города, кроме Одессы.
