📅 Terminplanung – manchmal wie „Schiffe versenken“ 😄
Kennt ihr das Spiel Schiffe versenken? Genau so fühle ich mich manchmal bei der Terminabsprache:
Ich: „Montag 10 Uhr?“ Patient: „Daneben.“
Ich: „Mittwoch 14 Uhr?“ Patient: „Auch daneben.“
Ich: „Freitag 9 Uhr?“ Patient: „Knapp daneben.“
Und ich denke mir: Irgendwo muss doch mal ein Schiff liegen. 😄
Und dann – irgendwann – kommt DER Moment: „Dienstag 11 Uhr passt!“ ➡️ Treffer. Versenkt. Mission erfolgreich.
Also keine Sorge – ich nehme das mit Humor. Manchmal ist die Terminfindung eben ein kleines Strategiespiel. Und am Ende finden wir immer ein Feld, das trifft. 😉
