آنچه به عنوان خطوط اصلی فرهنگ جهانی و بشری مطرح می‌شود ، ضرورت خود را وامدار ارزش یا گزینش خود نیست . که هر کدام از اجزای آن به طور مستقل به حساب انتخاب های جداگانه دور هم جمع آمده باشند ، بلکه به لحاظ فلسفی باهم خویشاوندان اند و یک رگه مشترک همه آنها را به هم پیوند می زنند. این رگه مشترک « حرکت جوامع انسانی به سوی حذف موانع کامجویی» است. به تعبیر دیگر اگر فرد گرایی ، #لیبرالیسم و غیره عناصر فرهنگ جهانی و فرهنگ نهایی اند ، به این دلیل است که همگی از حیث « مانع بودن بر سر راه خواهشگری انسان » به نهایت رقت ممکن رسیده اند و نقش عامل انسانی را به غایت کاسته اند.
