В свое время пресс-секретарь МИД Армении Ани Бадалян заявила, что "О дате возможной встречи министров иностранных дел Армении и Азербайджана по предложению казахстанской стороны мы сообщим, как только будет достигнута договоренность".
Фактически от Алиева мы узнаем, что договоренность достигнута.
