"Он должен был отмечать свой день рождения с семьей и с друзьями, а вместо этого провел 1 853 дня в плену у Алиева. Мы боремся за его и всех 23 заложников".
В конце мая сообщалось, что Эулджекчян доставлен в больницу после голодовки и ухудшения состояния. Он объявил голодовку в тюрьме из-за того, что ему не давали возможности связаться с семьей.
