По информации Главы Донецкой ОВА Вадима Филашкина, с четырех до пяти человек увеличилось число погибших в результате комбинированного удара по г. Константиновка, произошедшего 20 февраля. Также стало известно об одном раненом мирном жителе. Разрушениям подверглись 12 многоквартирных и 14 частных домов, аптека, магазин, общежитие, две котельные, гаражи, автомобили, ЛЭП и газопровод.
Полиция Донецкой области уточнила, что удар по г. Николаевка 20 февраля, в результате которого погиб один человек, и были повреждены 22 частных дома, был нанесён авиабомбой ФАБ-250 с УМПК.
