Деснянський райсуд Києва підтвердив, що громадяни України проживають однією сім’єю з 2013 року, мають цивільне весілля та шлюб, укладений у США. Це рішення відкриває можливість для їх возз’єднання за кордоном як членів однієї сім’ї.
Суд врахував спільний побут, свідчення друзів, фото з весілля та документи. МЗС України, яке раніше відмовило у визнанні партнерства, на засідання не з’явилося.
