Более 220 объектов уже забронированы орчанами и оформляются в собственность по свидетельствам, полученным за утрату жилья. Газовые сети в микрорайоне проведены, специалисты уже подключают дома. Продолжаются работы по прокладке электросетей, водоснабжения и канализации.
Поручил региональному минстрою держать на контроле все вопросы, связанные со строительством нового жилья в Орске. Это касается и многоквартирных домов. Первый на 384 квартиры строится на улице Пацаева. К осени 2025 года он должен быть сдан.
