Ранее Рустам Минниханов дал поручение проработать проект строительства бассейна. В настоящее время институт «Татинвестгражданпроект» ведёт разработку эскизного проекта. В самое ближайшее время при финансовой поддержке компании «Татнефть» начнётся строительство. Работы планируют завершить к началу нового учебного года. Школа также откроется к началу учебного года.
