По обсуждению в соцсетях проведения музыкального фестиваля «Сигнал» сообщаю что, учитывая потенциальные риски, связанные с использованием беспилотных летательных аппаратов, проведение фестиваля современной музыки "Сигнал" на территории арт-парка "Никола-Ленивец" может представлять угрозу жизни и здоровью участников. Организаторы фестиваля заранее, ещё в начале апреля, были уведомлены о нашем решении.
С целью обеспечения противодействия терроризму, а также в связи с трагическими инцидентами, произошедшими в прошлые годы, не представляется возможным обеспечить согласование проведения фестиваля в ряде ведомств по вопросам безопасности.
