Эксперты рассчитали соотношение доходов семей, цен на жилье и условий кредитования и выяснили, что в 41 регионе, включая Крым, Краснодарский край и Калининградскую область, типовая семья не может без риска обслуживать ипотеку на квартиру площадью 50 кв. м.
Главными барьерами стали высокий дисбаланс между зарплатами и стоимостью жилья, а также ограничение по сумме займа: для большинства регионов он составляет максимум 6 млн рублей, что при текущих ценах делает покупку квартиры малореальной.
Наиболее доступной программа остается для семей в северных и дальневосточных субъектах с высокими доходами, а также там, где стоимость квадратного метра соотносится с уровнем зарплат.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
