🇷🇺Ещё двое курян возвращены с территории Украины в родную страну. Это жительницы сёл Мартыновка и Гуево Суджанского района.
При содействии Уполномоченного по правам человека в РФ Татьяны Москальковой женщин доставили в Москву, в столицу отправили за ними транспорт. По моему поручению курянок встретили сотрудники Правительства Курской области. Сейчас они сопровождают наших жительниц в дороге.
Уже через несколько часов женщины будут дома — для них уже подготовлены места в одном из наших ПВР. На месте окажем необходимую медицинскую и психологическую помощь, если она потребуется. Обязательно поможем восстановить документы, оформить выплаты и обеспечим всем необходимым.
🤝Работа по возвращению жителей приграничья, которых вывезли на территорию Сумской области, не останавливается! Благодарю Уполномоченного по правам человека при Президенте РФ Татьяну Москалькову, МИД, ФСБ, Минобороны, Российский Красный Крест за их труд и помощь курянам. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern.
