По версии следствия, начальник отдела Самарского БТИ Андрей Зуев сфальсифицировал документы на якобы построенные дома, что помогло ефановской фирме «Эре» захватить 40 га на острове Поджабном.
Часть земель — судья Ефанов впоследствии переоформил на свое имя. Эта афера уже стоило ему судейских полномочий и карьеры, а в перспективе — может стоить и свободы.
По решению суда, Зуев проведет ближайшие 2 месяца за решеткой. Ранее также были арестованы трое других участников этих афер, включая директора ефановских фирм «Эра» и «Хорс»Дмитрия Полянского. Верю, что очередь дойдет и до «золотого» судьи Ефанова.
