Ваша манипуляция направлена на тех, кто не посмотрит видео, где Хинштейн это говорит, потому что любой человек услышит, что фраза "я не доверяю всем чиновникам" - это не про то, что нет ни одного чиновника, которому он доверяет, а про то, что не абсолютно всем чиновникам он доверяет. Не думал, что Вы можете ради хайпа пойти на такой непрофессионализм и использовать такую поверхностную манипуляцию.
