This article reviews advances in developing oral insulin delivery using FcRn targeting to replace injections in diabetes treatment. While FcRn can transport insulin across the gut, challenges like enzyme degradation and low absorption remain. Strategies such as FcRn-binding molecules and protective formulations are being explored. Although promising, more research is needed to make oral insulin therapy safe and effective.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
