📣اطلاعیه پذیرش چکیده‌های چهارمین همایش بین‌المللی و سیزدهمین همایش ملی بیوانفورماتیک ایران (ICB13)
این همایش در تاریخ ۱۷ و ۱۸ بهمن به میزبانی دانشکده مهندسی کامپیوتر دانشگاه زنجان و به دو صورت حضوری و مجازی برگزار می‌گردد و آماده پذیرش آخرین دستاوردهای پژوهشی اساتید، پژوهشگران و دانشجویان در دو بخش زیر است:
🔹چکیده: خلاصه نتایج تحقیقات در زمینه‌های مرتبط با بیوانفورماتیک و زیست‌شناسی محاسباتی. 🔹هایلایت: مقالات منتشر شده از تاریخ ۱ مارس ۲۰۲۴ به بعد، مقالاتی که در حال چاپ هستند و در سایت مجلات معتبر علمی در دسترس می‌باشند یا مقالات پذیرفته شده.
⏰ آخرین مهلت ارسال چکیده‌ها: ۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۳
در کنار این همایش، مجموعه کارگاه‌های یک روزه‌ای به صورت رایگان برای شرکت‌کنندگان حضوری در تاریخ ۱۶ بهمن برگزار خواهد شد.

Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
