روابط عمومی سازمان امداد و نجات: 🔻صبح امروز، دکتر پیرحسین کولیوند، رئیس جمعیت هلال‌احمر، با همراهی مهندس محمودی، رئیس سازمان امداد و نجات، از مناطق آسیب‌دیده در پی حملات وحشیانه اخیر رژیم صهیونیستی بازدید کرد.
🔻در این بازدید میدانی، ضمن ارزیابی میزان خسارات وارده، گزارشی از روند عملیات امداد و نجات، فعالیت تیم‌های تخصصی از جمله گروه‌های آنست (سگ‌های زنده‌یاب)، پشتیبانی لجستیکی و امدادی ارائه شد.
🔻رئیس جمعیت هلال‌احمر با تأکید بر تداوم آمادگی، انسجام عملیاتی و حمایت همه‌جانبه از آسیب‌دیدگان، از تلاش‌های شبانه‌روزی نیروهای امدادی قدردانی کرد.
🔻هدف از این بازدید، تقویت هماهنگی‌های میدانی، تسریع در روند امدادرسانی و ارزیابی دقیق نیازهای فوری مناطق حادثه‌دیده عنوان شد.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
