در پی نقض آتش‌بس از سوی جمهوری اسلامی، یک مقام اسرائیلی به روزنامه جروزالم‌پست گفت: «آمریکایی‌ها با ما هستند، آن‌ها می‌دانند که ایران آتش‌بس را نقض کرده است.»
هم‌زمان وزیر دفاع اسرائیل در شبکه ایکس نوشت به ارتش دستور دادم، در هماهنگی با نخست‌وزیر، به دلیل نقض آتش‌بس از سوی ایران با حملاتی شدید به اهداف حکومتی در قلب تهران پاسخ دهد.
یسرائیل کاتز افزود: «رژیم ایران آتش‌بس اعلام‌شده توسط رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا را به‌طور جدی نقض کرده و موشک‌هایی به سوی اسرائیل شلیک کرده است. بر اساس سیاست تعیین‌شده دولت، ما با شدت به هرگونه نقض آتش‌بس پاسخ خواهیم داد.»
