بیشترین کمک‌های اقتصادی و مالی طی سال‌های (2002- 2012) یعنی بعد از سقوط رژیم طالبان و نشستن کرزی بر اریکه‌ی قدرت صورت گرفته است که می‌توان آن را دوران طلایی کمک‌ها نام‌گذاری کرد.
فقط ایالات متحده‌ی امریکا از سال 2002 تا 30 جنوری سال 2013 به افغانستان حدود یک‌صد و چهار میلیارد دالر که بیش از بودجه‌ی طرح مارشال برای بازسازی اروپای غربی بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم بوده در افغانستان هزینه کرده است.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
