Это важный посыл, который было важно проговорить. В конце концов, VPN-сервисами в нашей стране пользуются миллионы людей и лишь в редких случаях — с преступным умыслом. Запрет на его использование в нашей стране был бы неразумным решением. Здесь я полностью солидарна с Сергеем Михайловичем!
