Biror dasturni internetga kirishini taqiqlash (qo'shimcha dasturlarsiz!) #videodars / #internet
ℹ️ Barcha dasturlar ham internetga kirishga muhtoj emas. Biroq, ularning ba'zilari trafikni faol ravishda "yoqib" yuboradi, yangilanishlar mavjudligini tekshiradi yoki xizmat ma'lumotlarini yuboradi. Bu, ayniqsa, hisoblangan ulanishdan foydalanganda (masalan, smartfondan internetni tarqatishda) yoqimsizdir.
😎 Windows'da ma'lum bir dasturning umuman internetga kirishini yoki ma'lum tarmoqlarga ulanishni cheklash imkonini beruvchi o'zining standart funksiyasi mavjud.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
