Из интересного - ЦМАКП отмечает, что действия ЦБ больше не ведут к снижению инфляции и что сценарий Волкера в России не сработает, так как у нас нет притока капитала из-за рубежа. А выдачу кредитов рекомендует ЦБ регулировать в ручном режиме через макропруденциальные надбавки (к чему ЦБ постепенно и переходит).
