Это при том, что казахи в Россию на работу не ездят вообще. Так что зачем беспокоиться, неясно.
На месте казахских чиновников я бы скорее был озабочен ростом низового примитивного национализма в Казахстане, синофобии, и усилением радикального ислама в западной части страны.
А про трудовую миграцией мы вполне способны побеспокоиться сами.

It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
