According to Art. 34 sentence 1 GG, only official liability of the state is considered. The THIRD Civil Senate rejected the revision of a patient who wanted to make his family doctor liable for a so-called corona "vaccination" in December 2021. The plaintiff, who suffered a serious heart disease and occupational restrictions after the third dose, demanded about 800,000 euros in compensation for pain. He saw in the vaccination and lack of education the reason for his sufferings. But the BGH followed the lower instances: The vaccinations were part of the state's pandemic control and fell under the Corona vaccination ordinance.
