▪️بله. یکی از گونه‌های هویت دانشگاهیْ «دانشگاهی مستقل» است؛ بدون وابستگی به دانشگاه‌ها می‌توان به آموزش، پژوهش، کسب‌وکار و جز آن پرداخت.
