دانشجویان گرامی با توجه به تعطیلی دانشگاه و برگزاری کلاس‌ها بصورت مجازی و برخط به نکات زیر توجه کنید: 1) حتی‌الامکان سعی کنید از طریق نام کاربری و پسورد وارد ویانا و سپس وارد جلسه مجازی درس مورد نظر شوید و در صورتی که به هر دلیل نتوانستید، از طریق لینک وارد شوید. 2) برای مشاهده فایل‌های ضبط شده بایستی حداقل در یک جلسه از کلاس برخط شرکت کرده باشید تا برای ادوب کانکت تعریف شده باشید تا بتوانید فایل‌های ضبط شده را ببینید. 3) درصورتی که با وجود شرکت در کلاس، همچنان قادر به مشاده فایل‌های ضبط شده خود نیستید، لطفا بعد از بازگشایی دانشگاه از طریق خانم اسفندیاری (ساختمان آموزش کل ۰۱۱۳۵۵۰۱۰۰۵)، نسبت به برطرف‌سازی مشکل خود را اقدام نمایید.
