По итогам 2022 года особо она отметила Чувашию, Тамбовскую, Саратовскую, Челябинскую и Тюменскую области, которые впервые попали в топ-10 регионов. В лидерах роста также — Татарстан, Марий Эл, Ульяновская и Брянская области.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
