Одной из ключевых тем форума станет развитие Севморпути в честь 500-летия идеи его освоения. Форум впервые пройдет на территории Мурманской области и станет важной площадкой для обсуждения вопросов социально-экономического развития арктических территорий и механизмов освоения ресурсного потенциала региона, добавил Андрей Чибис.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
