Об этом сообщил министр сельского хозяйства Дмитрий Николаевич Патрушев в ответ на мой вопрос в ходе заседания Комитета ГД по аграрным вопросам с его участием.
Напомню, что цель законопроекта – уравновесить права торговых сетей и поставщиков, чтобы обезопасить производителей от штрафов за недопоставку повышенного объёма продукции. В настоящее время торговые сети могут без предупреждения запросить бóльший объём продукции у поставщика. Если производитель не может поставить продукцию, магазин выставляет штраф.
