وبهذا التصريح، يُكرّر عباس الشروط ذاتها التي لطالما رددها الاحتلال وهي نزع السلاح، نبذ المقاومة، وفرض نموذجٍ سياسي وأمني يجعل من الفلسطيني طرفاً منزوع الإرادة أمام القوة القائمة بالاحتلال.
