Не растерявшись, Екатерина присела за куст и затаилась, чтобы не привлечь внимания. Медведь, полакомившись чем-то съестным, вскоре спокойно удалился, и туристка продолжила путь.
Как уточняется, в этих краях обитает кавказский бурый медведь — хищник внушительных размеров, но по массе уступающий своим сородичам из других регионов. Вес взрослой особи редко превышает 120 килограммов.
