Верховный суд РФ не стал рассматривать жалобы экс-владельцев национализированного «Арианта». Все семь ходатайств оставлены без ответа. Жалобы подавали члены семей Аристовых, Кретовых, Антиповых, а также компаний, связанных с ними.
Ранее у трех семей был общий бизнес, в структуру которого входили активы «Арианта» и Челябинского электрометаллургического комбината (ЧЭМК). После раздела бизнеса в 2020 году Антиповым достался ЧЭМК, все что связано с металлургией. Аристовы и Кретовы получили «Ариант», предприятия которого специализируются на выпуске мясной продукции и алкогольных напитков.
В феврале по требованию Генпрокуратуры РФ активы ЧЭМК были переданы государству. Затем последовала национализация «Арианта». С трех семей солидарно взыскивают в пользу государства 105 млрд рублей.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
