Глава региона попросил минсоцразвития представить свой доклад, но тут же прервался, увидев, что его коллеги выгнали из зала представителей СМИ.
«А вы зачем журналистов-то убрали, можно мне сказать? У нас открытая часть полным ходом идет — берут журналисты, уходят. Доклад минсоцразвития, поскольку он носит публичный характер, мы переносим на следующий раз, и разбираемся с работой пресс-службы правительства. Надоело мне это все», — обратился Махонин к и. о. руководителя администрации губернатора Прикамья Александру Смертину.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
