Послание Главы Северной Осетии Сергея Меняйло по сути явилось декларацией о намерениях, старанием обозначить собственный "громадный" вклад в ход СВО, а также перечислением с грехом пополам добитых строек по нацпроектам, со срывом всех мыслимых сроков и норм строительства. Послание, как водится, не отражало реальной социально-экономической ситуации, сложившейся в регионе, и тем более, четко выверенных путей решения проблем жителей республики. По сути, декларация дежурных посылов о движении в форваторе "линии партии" и ради "линии партии".
