Я даже не буду спрашивать, на хрена арестовывать человека. Он явно не был пьяным или под наркотой, уже было бы известно. Единственный вариант, нет договора на аренду квартиры, но маловероятно. Патент же. У него при самом худшем раскладе неочевидное неосторожное преступление. СТРАЖА ЭТО НЕ НАКАЗАНИЕ. Буду повторять снова и снова. Вообще до приговора этот человек невиновен. И по данным пока не очевидна его вина.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
