مردم‌سالاری شدن (به انگلیسی: Democratization)، دِموکراتیزاسیون یا دموکراتیک شدن، دموکراتیزه شدن، گذار به دموکراسی، یا گذار به یک نظام سیاسیدموکراتیک (مردم‌سالار) است و شامل تغییرات سیاسی بنیادی می‌شود که در جهتی دموکراتیک حرکت می‌کنند. ممکن است گذار از یک رژیم اقتدارگرا به یک دموکراسی کامل، گذار از یک نظام سیاسی استبدادی به نیمه دموکراسی یا گذار از یک نظام سیاسی نیمه استبدادی به یک نظام سیاسی دموکراتیک باشد.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
