Вот чем можно объяснить сие творение сотрудников Жилищника Северного Медведково?

Попросил убрать с АСФАЛЬТА опасно торчащие трубы.

Время поджимало… надо было успеть на последний поезд…

По этой причине трубы поверх просто замазали ЦЕМЕНТОМ :)

****** даже не смутило то, что цемент на асфальте смотрится не естественно :)

ЗЫ К сожалению пациЕнт сопротивляется лечению и назначенным процедурам. Надо увеличивать дозу Галоперидола
