После названия песни и альбома «Число зверя» и припева «666 the Number of the Beast, 666 the one for you and me» (666 - Число зверя, 666 - для тебя и меня) группу записали в сатанисты. Это неверно.

Но, между прочим, слушая текст песни The Number Of The Beast сейчас, в нашей стране, как-то невольно приходит на ум то, что делают руководители государства. Следом за приведёнными выше словами про три шестёрки, идёт такой текст:

То есть: «Я возвращаюсь, и я ещё вернусь, овладею твоим телом и заставлю тебя гореть. У меня есть пламя и сила. У меня есть власть, чтобы заставить тебя творить зло».

И всё же, когда слушаешь Iron Maiden, погружаешься в мир, далёкий от повседневности.
