Президент России Владимир Путин утвердил новый закон о регулировании оборота метанола и метанолосодержащих жидкостей. С 1 сентября в стране вступает в силу полный запрет на розничную продажу метилового спирта.
В рамках нового закона также будет создан реестр организаций, которые участвуют в обороте метанола. В этот реестр войдут производители, продавцы, перевозчики и предприятия, использующие метиловый спирт в своем производстве.
Теперь все сделки, связанные с метанолом, должны будут оформляться в письменной форме между участниками реестра с обязательным указанием их реестровых номеров. Кроме того, правительство России получит полномочия для определения специфики изъятия метилового спирта, оборудования для его производства и метанолосодержащих жидкостей.
