10 февраля на сайте госзакупок был опубликован тендер на оказание услуг по изготовлению полиграфической продукции научно-практического журнала «Вестник Самарского юридического института» за 196 165 рублей. В роли клиента выступает ФКОУ ВО «Самарский юридический институт федеральной службы исполнения наказаний».
В документации указано, что будет изготовлено пять выпусков журнала, по 150 страниц в каждом. Один выпуск обойдется бюджету в 392 рубля 33 копейки. Формат издания — А4. Печать обложки будет выполнена на бумаге «лен», плотностью 240 гр/кв.м, красочностью 4+0.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
