Фестиваль был приурочен ко Дню Всемирного дня авиации и космонавтики и посвящен заслуженным деятелям науки и культуры Рашиду Нигматуллину и Сибгату Хакиму.
Этот фестиваль играет важную роль в сохранении и передаче бесценных знаний и опыта, которые впоследствии будущие поколения смогут использовать для преумножения своих достижений.
