🔸 به استحضار دانشجویان گرامی می‌رساند، دانشجویانی که داوطلب ثبت‌نام در انتخابات شورای صنفی دانشجویان می‌باشند، پس از تکمیل فرم فوق، فرم اسکن شده را به صورت مجازی و یا چاپ شده به صورت حضوری، به نمایندگان هر پردیس تحویل دهند.
همچنین دانشجویان گرامی می‌توانند با مراجعه به نمایندگان هر پردیس فرم فوق را به‌صورت چاپ شده، دریافت و تکمیل کنند.
