По данным источников «Коммерсанта», в прошлом месяце НПЗ России сократили выпуск бензина на 1 млн т, а его нехватка на рынке РФ достигла 20% от потребления. В сентябре выпуск бензина и дизеля отстает от плана на 10–11%.
