Неизвестные залили краской баннер депутата горсовета Новосибирска Георгия Андреева (КПРФ), висевший на балконе квартиры его сторонников на улице Куприна,16. Краска попала и внутрь квартиры.

Кроме того, пострадали окна первого этажа.

Георгий Андреев — единственный представитель парламентской оппозиции в горсовете от Дзержинского района Новосибирска. Остальные — единороссы. На сессиях муниципального совета с ним регулярно конфликтует вице-спикер Евгений Лебедев, избирательный округ которого — по соседству.

Андреев регулярно критикует политику застройщиков в Новосибирске и их лоббистские возможности в горсовете.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
