"2025 - Международный год мира и доверия" - так называется научно-практическая конференция, в работе которой принял участие. Её инициатор - посол Туркменистана в Москве Эсен Мухаммедович Айдогдыев. При всем остром дефиците мира и доверия, инициатива Туркменистана не просто примечательна, но она и практична. Не будем забывать, что Туркменистан является постоянно нейтральным государством, и этот его статус признан и поддерживается Россией, а на уровне ООН по инициативе Туркменистана 12 декабря отмечается День нейтралитета. Опыт нейтралитета - это сегодня, безусловно, востребовано. Поэтому внимательно прислушивался к комментариям туркменских коллег, других докладчиков. А заодно узнал много нового о росийско-туркменских отношениях: их нынешнем состоянии, их перспективах. Спасибо друзьям из Туркменистана за эту инициативу! Буду отслеживать и дальше.

If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
